At Executive Home Care of Omaha, relationships come first. Before care plans and schedules, we take the time to understand each client and family we serve — because trust is the foundation everything else is built on. We're proud to bring Executive Home Care's nearly twenty years of national experience in non-medical in-home care to the community we've called home our whole lives.

We've lived in neighborhoods across Douglas County — Ralston, Millard, Elkhorn, Valley, Midtown, and now Bennington — so we understand this community from the inside. Steve has spent his career starting and growing Omaha businesses, and Jerri brings 30 years as a professional mental health therapist, experience that directly shapes how we support clients and families through the emotional side of aging and caregiving, not just the physical side.

We've experienced firsthand the challenge of helping parents and friends stay safe and independent, and that experience guides how we lead. Every client and family is treated with the dignity, integrity, compassion, and respect we'd want for our own loved ones — so they can remain in the comfort of their own homes longer.

None of this happens alone. We're building a team of caregivers who are chosen, trained, and supported to deliver that same standard of care, in a culture rooted in honesty that recognizes and rewards excellence — because our ability to serve Omaha families well depends on our ability to work as a team.

Outside of work, Jerri and Steve enjoy spending time with their granddaughter, traveling, and serving at church and with several Christian ministries.

My dad needed in home care and I live 4 hours away. Steve immediately got me set up and each worker was better than the one before. Everyone was so friendly and exceptionally kind. Its difficult navigating aging parents but I immediately knew that they were going to keep me in the loop and help my dad out while he stayed in his own home environment which was the most important thing for him.
